Production at the Highest Standards
Orzax has reinforced its commitment to delivering healthy living solutions with the highest quality and reliability through its production facility, Nuvita, which began operations in 2013. Nuvita is one of Turkey’s most comprehensive production centers, manufacturing products in accordance with internationally recognized standards such as HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000.
At every stage of our production process, we embrace the principles of flawless quality, end-to-end traceability, and high efficacy grounded in scientific evidence. This ensures that our products deliver the same level of confidence in every batch. We certify our quality through standards set by the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology, as well as FDA and international ISO certifications.

“The Nuvita Biosearch Center (NBC) serves as the cornerstone of our mission to ‘enhance the quality of life by combining the power of nature with science.’ As an R&D Center certified by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey, NBC carries out innovative projects for our country.
Our center holds the distinction of being the only R&D center in Turkey working with bacteria, yeast, and microalgae. With 10 completed public projects and 49 ongoing projects, NBC possesses a robust R&D ecosystem.
Here, we collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, and scientists to develop evidence-based, high-bioavailability innovative products.
Under the Local Probiotic Project, we have over 1,000 probiotic strains and 11 patent applications, while through the Microalgae Project, we are leading the production of strategic raw materials such as algae-based omega-3, astaxanthin, and vegan protein.
To build a sustainable future, we are collaborating with Turkey’s leading universities to undertake groundbreaking research that will shape the industry.
