Ocean Biotin

Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin called vitamin H or vitamin B7. It enters the structure of many enzymes important for the body. Biotin vitamin is not synthesized in the body, it must be taken from outside.  When more than necessary biotin is taken in the body, it does not have a toxic effect and is excreted in the urine. Ocean Biotin contains 5000 mcg of biotin in each capsule and Vcaps are served in herbal capsules.
